Fruit belonging to the species Prunus domestica L. manually harvested from its fresh state, sun dried, pre-blow cleaned, calibrated, washed with pressurized water, rehydrated, pitted by Ashlock or Elliot methods, passed through potassium sorbate applicator, oiled, packed in polyethylene bags and corrugated cardboard box, scanned by metal detector and stored.
